One of the inevitable consequences of banning foie gras production in California and other places with enforceable environmental and humane farming practices regulations, is watching it move to places where there is even less oversight. Nice work California.

YEAH! Bring it on! Foie Farms right next to the catfish farms...of course only a small percent in the state will know what to do with it, but it will be great for our economy to be one of the only states left to supply it, and scare off potential 'nay sayers' because we get 'dirty' down here. (hence tha dirty south)
