If I could figure out a way to collect on this bet, I'd wager that the souls of the dispatched piglets hang around and wait for the joviality and high spirits that accompany the funeral rites of their reunited brothers and sisters.

BTW, remind me to never let anybody see me drink milk in Avoyelles Parish.

Always good to see other way it's done. We roast suckling pic (lechon de leche) whole in the Philippines/Spain.
