Just a curious ...are you subjected to any food regulations when you are a small enterprise?

Yes. We are licensed and regulated by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.

That's quite a stuffer. That part on the top, is that a motor? Looks like there is a hand crank.

Hope it doesn't take twice as long to un-crank when you are done with 30 pounds. I know that's your favorite thing!

It has a second (reverse) gear that cranks faster so that problem has left the building. (!)
