The matrix adds another node

The Coca Cola company has developed a "soda dispenser" capable of blending drinks and transmitting what it sells and how much it sells back to Coke.
"Freestyle will become Coke's front-line robotic army for business intelligence, sending massive amounts of consumption data back to the beverage company's Atlanta headquarters."

Gary Allen (who sent this link to me this morning) wrote

" When they add a credit card slot, there will really be something to worry about."

The Matrix - LOL

They're feeding people's addictions and refining their product to get them even more addicted. Like the tobacco companies with their strategically marketed products. It makes me really sad, especially because they're basically preying on people who don't have the time or the money to learn how to eat better. It seems predatory and abusive.

*sigh* I guess if I'm that worried about this I should get rid of that case of Diet Coke in my pantry? I need to stop thinking about this and go learn how to cure bacon!

Just buy tamarind pods, ginger, lemons, limes, and oranges.

Make a simple syrup and put the tamarind pulp, rinds & juice in it.

Let it sit, when you use up the syrup just fill the container with filtered water.

Keep refilling until you don't like the taste anymore.

Repeat.
