michael, you say you can grill the legs. i've never had quickly cooked legs--don't you have to address the fact tha rabbit legs need considerable tenderizing.nice demo, btw
MR - Try it. Butterfly the hind legs, season, stuff and wrap in bacon as I did with the loins - or just do a quick marinade with Olive oil and herbs...Honestly, the farm raised bunnies are just as tender as chicken legs. I ate them for lunch after a hike in the Berkshires this weekend - sauteed and finished in the oven, maybe 20 minutes, no moist heat...sliced and served over soft polenta with a "puta" sauce, everyone loved them.
