Heh the ergonomicware actually looks interesting, although I've never really found traditional flatware uncomfortable or repetitive-stress-injury inducing in the first place...
Also, why would you need that level of comfort? It's not as it's a whisk or a knife that performs heavy duty tasks.
I think if you're using your knife and fork enough that you need to have ergonomic handles, maybe you have other things to worry about.
