Scott Harris was kind enough to send me this amusing video of Christopher Walken cooking roast chicken with pears. His technique is not great (among other mistakes he should have salted it a few hours then rubbed it with oil before cooking it) but that didn't stop me from wondering if he should not try for a spot on Hell's Kitchen . I mean, wouldn't it be wild to see him respond to a diatribe from Gordon Ramsay? I have not watched more than 3 minutes of any installment of Hell's Kitchen but I 'd pay to see that.
