Once again, somebody out there cuts corners too sharply + greed = wheels coming off wagon, food supply tainted, health of population at risk.

The actual formula is -

Do things the right way + investing the correct amount of money to prevent problems - excessive profit margin = safe food supply in this and other countries.

Or the short form -

Giving a rat's ass + not being a cheap bastard - your lifestyle of the rich and famous = fewer people dying from your fuck-up.

Let's call it what it really is....
Ever since James Brown died Augusta has been trying to figure out how to be in the spotlight. Their Chamber of Commerce needs a better plan. Otherwise the Master's is all they've got and even that has been surrounded by controversy.

Seriously, I think it is another creation of our lazyness. Why do people want or believe they need canned meat products? (shudder) Isn't homemade so much better?

I think the point of the post is the editor's playing fast and loose with the headline. It's the food, not the food recall that is the threat. Of course, I use the term "food" loosely.
