Goat killed at eatery tied to E. coli

Well if this don't beat sh-t in a coffee can I don't know from what. A former employee of Captain's Galley Seafood Restaurant in China Grove, SC slaughtered a goat in the kitchen. This may or may not have contaminated the place with E. coli O157-H7 (the most dangerous form of the bug) and sent 13 people to the hospital but Good Lord, what was this guy thinking?

I must gently correct you, Bob. It was NC, not SC.(Vinegar based bbq sauce in NC, more mustard based in SC) Actually I had to Google it to find out myself where it is, and found out it is right by Kannapolis, home of NASCAR. Perhaps he was getting ready for tailgating at the next race. I say with pride, it didn't happen in my Carolina! Thank God!

You know I did the same thing and it came up as South Carolina. I suppose that my yankee filter messed me up. Never heard of such a thing? Well it's like an optical lens that only allows one wavelength of light to pass through it. The difference is that if the yankee filter is on and you look towards any state south of the Mason Dixon line the only thing that comes through is "South" and all the details are lost.
OMG I'm so funny. Don't you think so? :-)

We SC natives have a hard time stomaching anything that says "North" Knee jerk reaction, surely you understand. (and no, I am not calling you Shirley)Can't we all just get along? I offer a boiled peanut as a token of peace.
Have a good night Y'all...
