Overproofed! Portnoy the Boulanger on Late Night

I've always thought of the act of bread making as a combination of agriculture and cooking. But this guy has other ideas.

I saw this on Tv a while ago. It was hysterical, but I learned quite a bit about what constitutes a good loaf of bread.
